DELIVERY & CANCELLATION
Delivery
Unless otherwise mentioned, all products will be delivered to the customer free of cost. If there is any change of contact details or address, you may write to us by clicking on ‘View Order Messages’ for the corresponding order on the ‘My Orders’ page. Please write your message when prompted and click on ‘Send’ button to notify us of your changes. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will try to accommodate the changes. Please note that we will not undertake any changes with respect to the products or the add-ons chosen at the time of placing the order.
Prospero Global Ventures will undertake to ship out the products from our warehouse within 2 business days on receiving the order. Depending on the customer’s address, the order will be delivered to the customer within 10 business days.
Prospero Global Ventures will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods caused due to operational issues of the carrier including Acts of God, strike, festivals, vehicular breakdowns, etc. However, the customer will be informed of any delay in the delivery of the goods.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the delivery timeline mentioned is calculated upto the first attempt of delivery made by the courier partner. Any additional attempts that are to be made might accordingly delay the delivery and Prospero Global Ventures will not be held liable for this delay.
The customer has to ensure that the address provided is complete in all aspects. Prospero Global Ventures will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery caused due to wrong or incomplete address. The order may be subsequently cancelled.
